My wonderful view of the Capitol is now this.It almost seems like an early Christmas in DC. All around my building new construction projects are going up and they leave their lights on all day and night. This area used to be filled with crackheads and section 8 housing. Now its full of govt buildings and 500K apartments. Crazy how the area can change in a few years. Its seems like only yesterday that I was walking these streets in 30" bottom pants and a nautica visor. *shudder*
